Bij een lage Controle Pauze adem je veel, en ben je minder goed in staat om kooldioxide (CO2) vast te houden. Dit heeft invloed op de zuurstofvoorziening in je lijf, op de ontspanning van het gladspierweefsel en op de zuurgraad van je bloed. <br><a href=\"\/index.php\/co2\">Bekijk de pagina over CO2<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meet je Controle Pauze:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Zorg dat je een stopwatch bij de hand hebt.<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Ga een paar minuten rustig rechtop zitten. Adem ontspannen in en uit. Je hoeft de ademhaling niet te veranderen.<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Na een uitademing stop je met ademen en knijp je je neus dicht.<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Je start de stopwatch en wacht tot je de eerste aandrang voelt om weer in te ademen. Het gaat om de tijd dat je (na een normale uitademing) ontspannen je adem kunt vasthouden. <\/strong><br><strong>Je hebt de CP-meting goed gedaan als je rustig verder kunt ademen zoals aan het begin, dus zonder extra lucht bij te hoeven happen.<\/strong><br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat kun je afleiden uit deze tijd?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>CP<\/strong> r<strong>ond 15 seconden<\/strong>: <br>Je ademt behoorlijk veel. Lichamelijke problemen die verband houden met de ademhaling zullen aanwezig zijn. Echter geen paniek, er valt veel te verbeteren en je zult hier al snel veel voordeel van hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>CP<\/strong> r<strong>ond<\/strong> 25 seconden<\/strong>:<br>Je ademt de dubbele hoeveelheid van de norm.
